Refund policy
We take exceptional care to package your product for the most outstanding experience when you receive your package. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We do have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for an item of EQUAL or LESSER VALUE.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase & photo of item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at queentouchco@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your purchase comes damaged upon arrival, immediately contact us with photo proof and your order number so we can assist you in a timely manner. **We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-shipped (sent to wrong address) packages**. When purchases are made, we ensure to send you your tracking number for you to follow the destination of your package. Make sure you, the customer, do your due diligence to make sure your shipping address is correct & where you would like the package to be sent to. If you feel you have entered the wrong address for the package to be sent to, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order. If your package is lost, stolen, or mis-shipped (sent to wrong address and you DO NOT contact us once order has been placed to have it corrected), please contact the delivery service provider that is attached to your tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, we are no longer responsible for your package. You must contact the Shipping Provider in regard to your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as body products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
